[Feature]: Rename partitions into sessions

Follow up of #31

We realised that in this app, the word 'partition' was used multiple times.

This was the previous word used to describe what is now known as sessions / segments in drunc.

This should be retired, and renamed to session.

This has been presented in the CCM and the consensus is that we should carry on. It would be nice to keep this backwards compatible so we should keep the previous endpoint and redirect it to the session names.

This will also require changes in drunc.

I see this issue is marked as a DRUNC Internal project and it mentions changes to drunc. The main and original client of the connectivity service is not drunc but daq_application via the iomanager config client so this has a wider scope than implied above.
