Some links don't open with a single click

Not sure what exactly is going on, but clicking on some links fails to invoke the handler. Sometimes clicking a lot makes it work, sometimes it doesn't.

Doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern to what links break where.

It does feel like it's laying out repeatedly when it happens
