Ninja Form Addon doesn't work

In Wordpress v6.3.2
and Ninja Form v.3.7.0 (at the moment latest version)
CookiebotWP v.4.3.4 (at the moment latest version)

I tryed every kind of configuration of CookiebotWP plugin but Ninja forms doesnt load correctly.
