Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): center the top tagline to match the logo below
 it

Wraps the "Proudly Made in Nebraska" line in <p align="center"> and
converts the bare-URL <…> shortcut into a real <a href="…">. Now the
tagline + logo stack reads as one centered block above the badges
on both GitHub and Codeberg.
