Document options for collecting metadata on camera trap deployment

Laying out the different options (and when available, sample configs) for tools, and their pros/cons, e.g.

• CoMapeo
  • Pros -- you might already be using the tool for mapping/monitoring, and therefore it is best to keep using it to reduce training overhead
  • Cons -- Suboptimal data structure; inability to connect data between visits to the same camera / sensor
• ODK / Kobo
  • Pros -- can handle connecting data using i.e. Entities and other longitudinal data collection support
  • Cons -- may require additional training; requires centralized server
