add formation to the OSes section

https://github.com/minamarkham/formation is a setup script to make your mac better for development and design

would love to add it to the Unix-like OS section, namely L3, more resources. It shouldn't be used by everyone, but I think would be helpful for devs who are familiar with some of the tools installed.
