Cannot seem to get good results

Hello I'm attempting to run the starter code for the flax-community/gpt-neo-125M-code-clippy.

For some reason, I cannot get anything other than blank characters and escape characters.

Would someone be able to assist?

Were you following the example usage code on hugging face?

If so, that seems to be missing a few steps (primarily: formatting the prompt) and just running it as is returns empty results. A better example to follow is this app here:
