As @rcampbellnc helpfully pointed out, it is running in a digital ocean droplet at the IP he gave. I also put quite a bit of effort into streamlining local deployment using Docker. I haven't yet streamlined deployment from local Docker ==> digital ocean. I also haven't updated the backend server stuff to pull from the spiffy new Cary Open Data Portal.

Honestly, I've been busy with work stuff for over a year. There may be some bit rot in here, but the bones of the project should still be good.
