Show diff when copilot cli runs in autopilot mode.

Hey, I have manged to get this plugin working with copilot cli in manual mode. This means that the diff shows up in neovim, but as soon as I Approve/reject the change in copilot CLI it dissapears from nvim. This makes the plugin very limited and also not possible to use in autopilot mode. What I would expect is that copilot does whatever it does and then I would accept/reject the changes in nvim afterwards, this is how it works in vscode. Is it possible to implement such functionality?
