[BUG] fill bucket does not show error toasts when it fails

Describe the bug
in wick 1.19.3/4, a toast appears to notify if a fill bucket operation can't be completed. this doesn't show up in candlestick anymore.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. attempt to use the fill bucket

Expected behavior
the editor toast pops up like in the regular version of wick.

The paper.hole onError function was removed in this commit

I think we just need to add it back
