There are several marginal features. The last marginal feature listed is /t/.

When I generate a map of reflexes of *ṯ across all dialects, the reflex in J. Sulemaniyya is displayed as /t/ rather than the primary reflex /l/. It should display the primary feature.

Great issue report! I really appreciate the clarity and the many links - it makes my understanding much quicker!

The maps currently show all of the entries from the table, thus J. Sulemaniyya is represented in a number of different map groups. There are 43 entries of /t/ and 5 of /l/ in the full table, including marginal forms (see new summary table at the bottom):
