Clarify wording #54

@StefanKelm

Description

@StefanKelm

The most recent CNA rules draft uses "provide" and "allocate" interchangeably, e.g.,

  • on p.7 it says "The Primary CNA provides blocks of IDs to Root CNAs, and Root CNAs provide blocks of IDs to Sub-CNAs."
  • on p.11 it says "Provide CVE ID blocks to Sub-CNAs from their CVE ID block."
  • on p.12 it says "Provide CVE ID blocks to Root CNAs."

whereas later (pp. 15 and 18) CVE IDs/blocks are "allocated".

For all us non-native speakers I suggest to only use "allocate" throughout the text
