We brainstormed on the content of the tool.

Decisions

• not using ESMVal tool directly, but heavily inspire ourselves by its structure of the CORE tool.
  

• Strucuture of tool in preprocessing and diagnostics
  

• start with minimal working example for diurnal cycle of average temperature. Obs from EOBS and one month of simulation from each model.

Open questions

• what to do with CLIMATE_GRID dataset: put on RMI Hortense partition? Important not to share publicly?
• Where to store shared datasets on Hortense? (iRODS, @Ivanderkelen )
