Datacite schema should be updated with the new fields:
- alternate_identifiers
- addiitonal_titles
- additional_descriptions
- additional_languages
- related_identifiers
- collections?
In addition:
- We should collect all weblecture records that have DOIs
- After the migration, their DOIs should be updated
