Version counter is confusing when a version was deleted

Proposal of a solution:
We could display the deleted version in the version box with a label "deleted". It will help the user understand what happened.

optional:
reassign version counters - discarded as a solution to technical complexity (we can restore the record) and not respecting the versioning integrity (visible "history" is modified from the point of view of the user but also supporter - it will complexify the understanding of what happened in case there is a bug)
