I am a Bioinformatics Scientist working at MDH and I am interested in eventually using seqsender to upload files our laboratory produces. Thing is I am not sure how to get started. I cloned the repository and built the environment, but do not know how to continue as fields in the config.yaml require information I do not have access to and when contacting GISAID and NCBI say i do not have permission to access. Can you provide a tutorial on how to practically get started using seqsender?
