According to the demo, it appears that the coefficients for V4 are generated from MET500, so both EC and PolyA are derived from FF samples. According to the paper (PMID: 38555407), V7_UTR is a modified protocol based on Agilent XT HS2 V7. Could you clarify whether the coefficients for V7_UTR were generated from paired FF and FFPE samples?
