Fontlab: merged bold+regular fonts are smaller and lose line height

Following the tutorial, I tried to do this with Segoe UI + Segoe UI Bold in Fontlab.

However, the resulting font is smaller than the original and the line height is decreased significantly. The measurements all seem to be the same and I think I disabled all the export settings that might influence the end result compared to the original font, so I don't really know where to look for the changes made.

It sounds strange that the line height was altered.
This could be an issue with SegoeUI.
Have you already tried it with another font, and worked it for that?

This way we could eliminate that it is an problem with your FontLab settings.
