Redesign Hero Section

The current hero section lacks a clear visual hierarchy and 'fights for attention'.

Suggestions:

• Adjust layout to stack image and text (image above text or vice-versa) to prioritize user attention.
• Ensure the design reflects BPD's core values:
  1. Build/Support Black Leadership in Python
  2. Support the Communities that Build that Black Leadership
  3. Raise Money to do 1 & 2
