Add Licence

Add a license that is in the spirit of not locking users into inferior products.

The options are

• AGPL: The AGPL ensures that all modifications and derivative works are also open source and that users interacting with the application over a network have access to the source code.
• MIT License: A permissive license that allows virtually unrestricted use, modification, and distribution of the software.
