Distance Measurement Framework

The Distance Measurement Framework provides the ability to build up a calculation (f.e Velocity) from the data records. The framework as a whole must do:

• Take in a Time Data Record
• Process Time Data Record through a Time ➡️ Distance loop
  • Signal when a Distance Record is available
• Generate an output Distance Status Data Record
• Generate an output Distance Data Record

Note: This should not be a significant effort over v0.1 as v0.1 will have most of the requisite functionality; thus this focuses more on the details of the Time-Distance Domain Conversion, which is not an insignificant task.
