Issue Description
Sometimes "Could not update profile" error is displayed, and updated profile image is not reflected across the app

Test Step:
1.Open the app.
2.Navigate to Account Settings.
3.Tap on the profile image option
4.Select and upload a new profile image.
5.Save the changes.

Actual Result
Sometimes, the "Could not update profile" error message is displayed.

Expected Result:
The profile image should be updated successfully without showing any error message
