Reply quote view appears over the text box when double-tapping voice message controls

Issue Description
If user double click on the (play button, waves or fast forward option) the quote view appears over the text box

Test Step:
1.Open a chat with an audio message.
2.Tap on the play button / waveform / fast-forward option.
3.Double-click on any of these controls.

Actual Result:
The quote view appears over the text box unexpectedly.

Expected Result
The quote view should not appear when interacting with audio controls. Double-clicking should only control audio playback.
