Maven Artifcat

Hi,
The jar file generated i.e tacacs.jar doe not seem to be available in Maven Repositories. I am evaluating this for use in a product and looks like a good fit for the requirements we have. Is there any reason why this is not uploaded to maven repositories?

@janicki @AugurSystems I very much appreciate your work and would also like to use the library over maven. Unfortunately, I can't get the link above to work.
I have forked this repo and slightly adjusted the build environment to support maven. Using jitpack.io it can be used in maven. I thought that others might find this useful:

		<repository>
		    <id>jitpack.io</id>
		    <url>https://jitpack.io</url>
		</repository>
	</repositories>
...
	<dependency>
	    <groupId>com.github.markusju</groupId>
	    <artifactId>TACACS</artifactId>
