[BUG] - Issues installing Wavelink 3.0 from ElGato software

Description

Elgaton release a 3.0 version of their wavelink software on a .msix format, i tried multiple ways and cant install it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download version 3.0.0 of wavelink software from elGato
2. open it
3. Fails with the following error

Expected behavior

It is expected to install without any problems

Actual behavior

show error 0x80070490

I have seen this error code related to Microsoft store apps not installing, in my case, specifically appearing when attempting to update Microsoft’s “App Installer” from UniGetUi. After running the “fix store” script recently uploaded, I have been able to update the “App Installer” (from UniGetUi for log purposes) and subsequently successfully installed the stuck Microsoft updates.
