File list rerenders too often

While the file transfer is in progress file list rerenders to show percentage progress. As this is happening the app is verry sluggish to operate with a screen reader when running with deltachat android.
To me this rather looks like an android accessibility support limitation, however might it be possible to add some kind of debounce mechanism into this app so it only updates about three times a second or similar to workaround that issue?

This probably has to do with this line inside of processPayload:

filesync/src/lib/filemanager.ts

Line 149 in 32c19f4

this.setFiles(await db.files.toArray());

It sets this state:

filesync/src/App.tsx

@WofWca Huge thanks for the analysis and the hint. I'll look into it if you or someone else will have no improvements sooner.

Hmmm, I have simply imported debounce and wrapped the call to setFiles function, however this does not seem to help with the issue. So after all it might be caused by something else.
