Project README should mention the stock packages on Debian-based systems

Hi. To install, a user using Debian or a derived system (Ubuntu, etc) can simply apt install apriltag (or libapriltag-dev or python3-apriltag). Can this be said in the README? Thanks

I guess the apriltag library is also available in a lot of other distributions repos. I don't think I want to start a list of ways how to install apriltag with various package managers.

Hi. The current install notes tell the user to do cmake stuff, which isn't what 99% of users actually should be doing. Can we say "From most common distributions apriltag can be installed from the package manager. But if you want to build from source, do this cmake thing" Thanks

If you think this will help users, you can open an PR that adds the information that apriltag is also available via package managers.
