Teams json export doesn't contain "short-name"

The json doesn't contain the field "short name"

This was an issue in WMT23 as ZengHuiMT was used in the data drop instead of LanguageX.

Proposal:
Get rid of "short-nane" completely, it's confusing and doesn't help.
Rename login name as "system name". This way leaderboard will show the same names as WMT findings
