Description
When running the Github Runner playbook and attempting to checkout the repository the Github Action fails:
Syncing repository: Ap3x/Panoptes
Getting Git version info
Working directory is 'C:\actions-runner\_work\Panoptes\Panoptes'
Deleting the contents of 'C:\actions-runner\_work\Panoptes\Panoptes'
The repository will be downloaded using the GitHub REST API
To create a local Git repository instead, add Git 2.18 or higher to the PATH
