Create MVP that writes to Google Spreadsheets

The original reasoning for this was to help Giveth keep track of the points that are dished out.
While the possibilities for this task could be really big in scope, a simple solution that can serve as an MVP is a Riot/Slack integration that writes Points to Google Spreadsheets.

What needs to be done:

• Create Demo Google Spreadsheet
• Create Riot Bot to handle 1 command: !points SC @name 500
• Get !points command to document the command in the spreadsheet
• Setup permissions so only certain people can dish out points

What needs to be in the spreadsheet

• Timestamp/DateTime
• Points Giver
• Points Receiver
• Points Type
• Amount of points
• Where did the points come from? Channel? Private Chat? Github? Other?
