Player time (/ptime)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It'd be nice to have a /ptime feature. Our players do a lot of builds with shaders and having the time just right would be nice for them to take their screenshots.

We use /ptime on our main server with the EssentialsX plugin.
