Add a 3 second redirecting page when authenticated user tries to connect to the Login page

An already logged in user isn't supposed to see the login page again unless logged out. The redirecting page should have a reverse loading bar animation that's a timer for how long they're seeing the redirecting page until they're sent back to their dashboard or page they initially came from.

Same goes for the signup page.

We should also tell them that if they wish to login or signup with a different account, that they can do it by logging out first.
