Particles visible with Vanished Players #10

Describe the bug
While in Vanish particles are visible to players who are not in vanish. While having Transformations -> Minify Potion active, if you teleport to a player while in vanish, the particles of the explosion are visible to the player who is not in vanish when the vanished player spawns at that players location.

How to reproduce
Go into Vanish using Premium Vanish, select the Transformation -> Minify Potion, teleport to a player while in vanish.
