Immediate Disconnect Option in AdGuard VPN for iOS

In the AdGuard VPN for iOS, users must wait for the app to finish the "Searching locations..." process before the disconnect button becomes accessible. This creates unnecessary delays in disconnecting the VPN.

Proposed solution

Modify the app to allow users to tap the disconnect button immediately, regardless of the status of the location search.
