Show AdGuard Mini in the menu bar setting bug

• I made sure all content blockers are enabled in Safari settings
• I checked the documentation and found no answer
• I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

Environment

- OS: Sonoma 14.7.4
- Safari version: Version 17.6 (19618.3.11.11.5)

What filters do you have enabled?

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open AdGuard Mini for Safari Settings
2. Disable the option Show AdGuard Mini in the menu bar
3. After it disappears from menu bar enable or disable protection on AdGuard Mini in Safari
4. AdGuard Mini icon appears in the menu bar

Expected Behavior

The icon doesn't appear after disabling the option Show AdGuard Mini in the menu bar

Actual Behavior

This icon appears after enabling\disabling protection inside browser
