FR: Check to see if Adept survives LLVM 22

LLVM 22 has not yet landed in MSYS2.

Yes, most projects using LLVM are always a few versions behind before everything gets stabilized and available in all the distros/package-managers. We will skip a few versions likely.

Technically right now, the project already supports LLVM 21 (and maybe LLVM 22, I haven't tested yet), but is distributed with older versions because of availability.
