- Development of quantum-enabled weapon systems
- Civilian cryptographic exploitation
- Infrastructure designed for population control
Violations result in immediate removal.
- Architectural decisions must be documented.
- Major changes require written justification.
- No hidden intentions in commits.
Quantum systems are complex.
Contributors must not:
- Claim absolute authority
- Use academic status as leverage
- Suppress dissent through hierarchy
- No personal attacks
- No manipulation
- No authority-based silencing
Conflicts are resolved through:
- Direct discussion
- Community review
- AIC Ethical Council mediation
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal
- Public transparency report (if necessary)
AIC-Quantum is not just technology. It is a test of human maturity.
