New Feature: Add support for HDR master-display and max-cll to OAPV

Could we add HDR support for openapv (in particular ffmpeg)?

There is already the oapv_md_mdcv and oapv_md_cll structures in the oapv_metadata.h file, but it seems like nothing is done with it.
If we could match the h265-params metadata, in a similar way to h265, so the ffmpeg args might be:

-oapv-params "colorprim=bt2020:transfer=smpte2084:colormatrix=bt2020nc:range=limited:master-display=G(13250,34500)B(7500,3000)R(34000,16000)WP(15635,16450)L(10000000,1):max-cll=1000,400"

and ensure that the metadata is correctly passed through ffmpeg, we should be in good shape.

@richardssam I hope that PR #168 is helpful to support the features. I believe that ffmpeg code will be also changed to support this new APIs.

I'm looking at #168 and it feels like the ffmpeg command args wont work due the display-master parameters not being passed from ffmpeg to liboapv:

e.g. if I run:

ffmpeg -y -i hdr_test_chart_v3_pq.tif -c:v liboapv -pix_fmt yuv422p10le -oapv-params " color-primaries=bt2020:color-transfer=smpte2084:color-matrix=bt2020nc:master-display=G(8500,39850)B(6550,2300)R(35400,14600)WP(15635,16450)L(10000000,1):max-cll=2000,50" \
    -color_primaries bt2020 -color_trc smpte2084 -colorspace bt2020nc  output_hdr10_oapv.mp4

oapve_param_parse doesnt parse master-display, and will give an error.

Or am I missing a PR for ffmpeg?

It need to be merged support for this on FFmpeg side. Now required changes are under review process on FFmpeg repository. So you need to wait a liitle bit to have support of this. I will update this issue when it will be done.

@richardssam This feature is under review in the PR https://code.ffmpeg.org/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/pulls/21418 , mdcv and cll features have been added using the side data mechanism of ffmpeg instead of oapv params, hence the command line will change a bit as :-

ffmpeg -y -mastering_display "G(8500,39850)B(6550,2300)R(35400,14600)WP(15635,16450)L(10000000,1)" \
-content_light "2000,50" -i hdr_test_chart_v3_pq.tif -c:v liboapv -pix_fmt yuv422p10le \
-oapv-params "color-primaries=bt2020:color-transfer=smpte2084:color-matrix=bt2020nc"  \
    -color_primaries bt2020 -color_trc smpte2084 -colorspace bt2020nc  output_hdr10_oapv.mp4
