docs: restructure docs/src/ for new builder docs information architecture

Context

We're redesigning the docs/builder/ information architecture in miden-docs#178. The simplified approach keeps this repo's structure mostly unchanged — just add miden-bank.

What's New: Add miden-bank/

The miden-bank 9-part tutorial currently lives in miden-docs at docs/builder/develop/tutorials/rust-compiler/miden-bank/. It should move here so all tutorial content has a single source repo.

CI Ingestion (miden-docs side)

cp -r vendor/miden-tutorials/docs/src/* docs/builder/tutorials/

One path change. Everything in docs/src/ gets ingested into docs/builder/tutorials/ as-is.

Coordination

• miden-docs issue: miden-docs#178
• This repo just needs to add miden-bank — no blocking dependency on miden-docs changes
• The components/, img/, lib.rs, and theme/ directories are unchanged

Implementation Steps

1. Copy miden-bank files from miden-docs (docs/builder/develop/tutorials/rust-compiler/miden-bank/) into this repo at docs/src/miden-bank/
2. Update any internal links in miden-bank files (relative paths may change)
3. Verify the tutorial builds correctly
4. PR and merge

Update: Ingestion path changed in miden-docs#188

The miden-docs CI has been updated in PR miden-docs#188. The ingestion path is now:

cp -r vendor/miden-tutorials/docs/src/* docs/builder/tutorials/

Previously it was docs/builder/develop/tutorials/. The develop/ directory has been fully removed.

Impact on this issue

The miden-bank files currently live at docs/builder/tutorials/rust-compiler/miden-bank/ in miden-docs (moved from docs/builder/develop/tutorials/rust-compiler/miden-bank/). When miden-bank is added to this repo at docs/src/miden-bank/, it will be ingested into docs/builder/tutorials/miden-bank/ on the miden-docs side — no additional path adjustments needed.

The implementation steps remain the same, just note the updated source path if copying files from miden-docs:

Hey Brian, I've been working on the broader builder docs IA and have a proposal that builds on this issue. The miden-bank docs move is straightforward, I'll get that PR up shortly.

Before I go further, I'd like your input on a few additional items:

1. Companion code in this repo

The miden-bank companion code (Rust contracts, integration tests) currently lives at keinberger/miden-bank. Rather than creating a separate 0xMiden/miden-bank repo, I'd like to add it here under examples/miden-bank/. This repo already contains companion code (masm/, rust-client/, web-client/ source files), so it keeps everything in one place.

2. Restructuring docs/src/

After the miden-bank move, I'd like to restructure docs/src/ in a follow-up:

├── masm/                   ← MOVED: rust-client/ + web-client/ with label "MASM (Advanced)"

testing/debugging/pitfalls are Rust compiler workflow guides, not tutorials. They'd get ingested into a new docs/builder/guides/ section on the miden-docs side.

For MASM, with the Rust compiler as the default path, clearly labeling the MASM content as "MASM (Advanced)" helps beginners avoid confusion while keeping the content available for advanced users.

On the CI side, this structure maps cleanly to the miden-docs ingestion. Right now miden-docs does a single cp -r vendor/miden-tutorials/docs/src/* docs/builder/tutorials/. With the new structure, it becomes targeted copies:

Closing — miden-bank tutorial content was moved to this repo in PRs #168 and #171, and the local copies were removed from miden-docs in PR #198. All done.
